Excellent value for money
I have used them many times over the past 6 months and never had an issue. Customer service (in the store) is excellent. Their prices are reasonable and I always check online prices which are never more than 5% cheaper. Perhaps best to go to the store rather than use online because I can't fault them.

Love the variety of hardware and accessories
This is a great one stop shop for a UK vaper. They have an excellent range of products and a really simple storefront.
Every order has been delivered in full and on time. The only quibble I have ever had was that reward points not being attributed to my account. After emailing the team, not only was the problem solved in less than 10 minutes!

A++ Excellent customer service, really quick to communicate any potential issues with your orders etc. Had a typical problem - popular product went out of stock before my order was placed but with their quick help managed to make an alteration and sort it. Also quick delivery which is always nice. Currently my go-to online vape shop!
